The 3 technicians, Lee, Kendall, and Nicholas, were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and wow, all I can say is brave – I would never climb across a 5-foot chimney cap 50 feet up with nothing to catch me at all. They fixed my drafting issues and cap and water problems at half the cost of the 2 other companies that came out, and the other companies wouldn’t even climb up there! Also, Rene, the office lady, Is as sweet as can be. I will always use them and highly, highly recommend any and everyone else to as well!

These are the folks to go with if you’re getting your chimney cleaned. Get experience. Super polite folks. They get right back to you, and the price is probably the lowest you’ll find in the area. They are willing to go a little further (out of their service area) than some of the other chimney companies. I learned a considerable amount of info about my wood stove by talking to Nick and watching his cleaning procedure. A+ Awesome!

Service was polite and quick, and prices were fair. We requested a chimney cap and cleaning of our stove and chimney, but tech found several issues with our chimney that could have led to very expensive repairs down the road. (Flashing around chimney was completely gone!) They were able to come back in just a couple of days, do all the repairs needed, install the cap, and clean out our wood stove. Tech was courteous and efficient. We are very thankful for The Chimney Sweep and the tech!

They responded quickly and got me an appointment for the next week. They sent text and email reminders, came on time, and were prepared. Billy was personable and worked efficiently with his associate; the job was complete in 20 minutes. He mentioned that he was a full-time firefighter, so certainly seemed to have great knowledge of the task. There was no mess, and the price was what I expected for the task ($190 in my case). I will certainly call them again for chimney sweeping.

Absolutely love this company & their employees. Very pleasant when you call to schedule or just ask a question. When they arrive at your house, they’re always friendly. They do their job, but still will carry on a conversation. If they find a problem, they stop & explain not only the problem but also what it takes to fix it & the cost. Extremely conscientious of their surroundings & treat your house as their own. When they leave, it’s like they were never there. Highly recommend this company.
