- You’re preparing to buy or sell a home: According to the Chimney Safety Institute of America, a level 2 chimney inspection is required before buying or selling a home. This way, you will never be caught off guard by the need for extensive repairs once you move into your new home.
- You know that your chimney is damaged. If there is known damage to a chimney, we’ll conduct a level 3 chimney inspection to gain a complete understanding of its condition. This will give you the information you need to restore the safety of your property.
